VISUAL COACHING

In personality development working with images has the capacity to move mountains. By approaching certain topics visually, we are more capable of grasping tangible goals.

Individually or in a group setting, personal or professional topics can be highlighted, concrete goals developed, visions illustrated and hidden potentials discovered.

Generally, there is no obligation to draw the images yourself, but you may of course. Additionally, the work with visual elements can also occur mentally (imagination). If one changes her- or himselve individually, changes in their surroundings are also more likely.

With this method I combine my experience as self-employed, graphic process facilitator with my practice as a systemic coach.
